Notes to the rental rates

The property is prepared for you on arrival. Beds will be made up and towels for your use within the house will be provided (not beach towels).

Welcome Packs

A welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival, which can be very handy if you're on late flights. This will comprise of tea, coffee, milk, bread, orange juice, water, bacon, eggs, ham, butter, cereal and toilet rolls. This is on request at a small extra charge.

Payment

A bond of 150GBP is required which is returned at the end of your stay if the property is left in the condition it was leased in. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with full payment 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Any bookings made 8 weeks prior to holiday start date will require payment of the total rental.

Transport

Transfer facilities to and from the airport can be arranged. Should you require a hire car during or for the duration of your holiday we can advise and arrange.

Bike Hire

Ocean Properties now offers a bike rental service. All bikes are provided with bike locks and helmets. Rates from 15 Euro per day or 49 Euro per week.
